This is the day before my 8 days Caribbean Cruise trip. We were sitting at the food court of the International Mall in Tampa, FL. These little fashion sign are on almost every table. It reminds me that my fun is just about to start in few hours. The International Mall is built beautifully. It’s not as big as our Chandler Fashion Mall, but it’s newer with lots green decoration.

You will see more photos of my trip in the coming days. Some of them are converted into HDR images.

This is my favorite lover shot other than the lovely old couple so far. I took this photo in Taiwan when I visited my parents in Taipei. These couple seem to enjoy the moment very much! It’s priceless. It’s a romantic moment, isn’t it? You can also find me in the Two of us photo.

Behind the scene, I actually removed the hand bag on the rock next to the girl. This make the picture perfect.

This photo was taken in Houston, TX in 2007, when we visited my sister-in-law and their kids. The four bicycles line up in front of the house just make it a perfect subject.

I also made this photo into a blog header image for my personal blog. It become one of the  most viewed pictures.

I am not a big fan of motion photography, but I often like to take photos of kids moving. Emily is my brother-in-law’s niece. We spent sometime with their whole family in Los Angels, California. Emily was afraid of water, so she was running back and forth on the beach to avoid getting her feet wet. That was the perfect moment to capture her smiling face in action.

BTW, I was the one got wet feet after all. I was paying too much attention to the girls and did not know waves were coming my way.

She and my little Niece – Jessie will soon rule the world!

This is my first Black and White HDR image. I guess it doesn’t need 3 shots to make this one. At least, I got to practice more with the Photomatix Pro. This photo was taken on the way back from Caribbean Cruise Trip at Tampa airport in FL. So you can expect to see more HDR photos from this trip. I specific like the composition of the door. It shows the straight line cross the photo.

White Door

I was going to post this in the next 10 days, since I have scheduled many upcoming posts. I decided to push this earlier and see if I can get any feedbacks from HDR guru. What do you think? Does it make any sense to you?

This is one of the reasons that I love Arizona. We have so many hiking trails that are surrounded by so many large cactus and blue sky. I love hiking in Arizona. This photo is taken at Go John Trail where you should visit at least once.

I don’t have much to say about this photo. It’s simply a sculpture and flags. Paying respect to the flags is all that says. I took this photo at Fountain Hills, AZ.

Flags

Really. This isn’t an impressive photo, but I use it to practice the composition and look at things from different perspective.

This is another one of my favorite blue sky photo. What I like about it is that the cloud is so white and sky is so blue and the eagle is so black. I would not consider this as professional photography, but I like it to be simple!
