Showcase HDR Photography

This is another Sunset photo shoot at Cherry Creek Ranch in Young AZ. I haven’t had so much luck in the past to see beautiful sunset like this in Arizona. The sky is on fire! This is also a perfect sunset for me to practice the HDR process.

Personally, I like HDR photo that is more realistic. You can see some awesome realistic HDR photos here. Courtesy to Alex Koloskov.

This is just part of serial photos from Cherry Creek Lodge in Young AZ. This is not a big lake, but it is a nice place to fish and relax with bunch friends. The weather was perfect for me. You can find my Cherry Creek Sunset HDR photo and more Cherry Creek Photos here.

I can’t really rest before I finish posting the photos I took at the Cherry Creek Lodge in Young AZ. I haven’t had so much good time relaxing and taking photos for so long. Even though Cherry Creek Ranch isn’t so big, but it’s big enough for me to take lots photos. Especially the Sunset photo and many other HDR photos.

This is a NOT so HDR HDR photo. I really like Cherry Creek Ranch in Young AZ. It was a short 3 day weekend, but a very quiet one! This photo was taken 30 minutes before the sunset and before the rain. You can see the Sunset At Cherry Creek Ranch. You can find the other before rain HDR sculpture photo.

This is a great rain deer sculpture at Cherry Creek Ranch in Young AZ, where I took my favorite HDR Sunset photo and many other photos of Cherry Creek Ranch. This photo was taken before the rain comes. I am in the process to improve my HDR photography skills.

It’s been a while since I post my last photo! It’s time to get back on track. I spent 3 days weekend with wife and friends at Cherry Creek Ranch! It was a great and relax trip. So here is the perfect sunset photo that I like in HDR. I think this is my newest favorite HDR photo I’ve even done! You can see the rain at far distance, which makes the photo a perfect one!

Finally, I got something different on this blog since I spent too much time processing my travel photos and beach photos. This is my last photo of my Caribbean Cruise Trip. I took this photo at Tamp Airport’s Hotel Lobby. This is also the end of my vacation for the first half of 2011. It’s time to plan the next trip for the second half of 2011.

The mirror looks like a never solved puzzle. No matter where you look at it from, you can always see the lamp and light on the wall. Orange is one of my favorite color.

There is nothing more I can say about the Caribbean Cruise Trip. It’s simply awesome. Before I close the chapter, I have two more beach photos to show off. My journey won’t stop here. There are new journey coming soon.

I’ve heard about Cayman Island’s 7 Miles beach for sometime. I finally had chance to visit it myself. Seeing is believing. The beach is very beautiful. I can’s resist to grab my camera and shot. Well. I end up taking so many similar photos and unable to decide which one to pick. So here are the two photos that was processed into HDR Image with Photomatix Pro.

Well. Taking 3 bracketed photos on the beach for HDR isn’t easy. The wave keeps coming. So I end up taking a RAW image and convert that into 3 different exposure shots. I bet the more experience photographer can tell me how to deal with wave in my case. Thanks to Photomatix’s deGhost features. I can clean up the ghost on those tourists.

I do have suggestion to those who visit Cayman Island’s 7 miles beach. It’s actually 6 miles. Some tax driver will take you to a hotel and charge you $25 to enter their own section of the beach. That is totally BS. If you can walk, you can walk from any one of the hotel on the beach which only charge you for the food, drink and chairs.

You can find an awesome spat like we did and enjoy the beach for FREE.
