Showcase October 2011 Photography

Really. I have not proud with this HDR photo. I took this photos the Phoenix Women Expo along with the Red Dress In Red. This is a perfect example of me to practice the Photomatix and Photoshop layer. It looks like a photo done in 3D program. That’s what I was looking for.

Honestly, I am not a big fan of fashion show photography, but I like to watch women cat walking on the stage. I was sitting way back and far from the stage. So my little zoom lens won’t do too much. I have to increase the ISO to 5000 and hold my camera steady. No flash light was used. No raw image was taken (I should). It’s just a snapshot. I end up have to remove noise in Photoshop as well!

Too bad, this is the only one shot that is worth to share.

These are the last two photos I took at Cherry Creek Ranch in Young AZ. They are also the last two HDR photos I processed along with the perfect sunset HDR Photo. After all, it was a perfect short weekend getaway!

It’s been a while since my my vacation at Gran Bahia Principe Resort in Jamaica 2010. I took the video using my Canon 7D at Gran Bahia Principe Resort. You can also find my Jamaica Night Shot to see the beautiful night view of the resort.

There are also some other flowers and beach photo at Jamaica.

These are the photos of lake views at Cherry Creek Ranch in Young AZ. Those are not my favorite photos at Cherry Creek, but they simply shows the wonderful time I had at the ranch. You can tell how much I love Blue Sky!

Well. Talking about moon, I haven’t had any good luck taking photos of moon until now. It’s hard to get the detail of the moon. Just last week, I got this full moon at Cherry Creek Ranch, where I took many of my favorite HDR Sunset photos.

Are you tired of my Sunset Photos? You can try my Blue Sky or Beach Photos too! Honestly, it’s not an easy job to take the sunset photos. Especially, you are looking at the sun. The following photo are few of my favorite sunset photos, because of the right time and right place in Cherry Creek Ranch in Young AZ.

Sunset At Cherry Creek Ranch

Here is closer shot with the rainbow and moon. It’s a beautiful day after rain!

This photo isn’t so much about HDR. It’s more about the color! While I am learning how to process HDR image, there are something I have to learn. Reduce the noise and sharpen the image is hard without a proper Photoshop plugin or add-on software. However, composition is probably more important than the process itself. If you don’t have a good photo to start with, nothing will be good anyway.

Lamp Under the roof

This photo was taken along with other Cherry Creek Lodge Photos. I specific like the HDR sunset. What do you think?
